Early Career and Professional Women

Support for early-career and professional women navigating life’s many roles

You’re smart, driven, and deeply caring.

You’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do—showing up at work, managing responsibilities at home, caring for your children, your partner, your team, your friends.

Maybe you’ve built a life that looks good on paper, but inside you feel anxious, stretched thin, or unsure of who you are anymore.

Maybe you lie awake at night wondering if you’re doing enough—for your job, your family, your child, your future.

You might be thinking:

“I have so much to do and not enough time to do it all.”

“I’m holding everything together—but at what cost?”

“I wasn’t expecting life to feel this overwhelming.”

“I wish I had more help—but it’s easier to just do it myself.”

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you deserve support.

You're human. And the pressure you feel is real.

I work with women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s—women who are navigating college, careers, relationships, parenting, pregnancy or postpartum transitions, or all of the above.

They tend to be thoughtful, sensitive, and highly conscientious.

They’re the ones others rely on—the ones who always say yes.

But inside, they’re carrying a quiet storm of overthinking, tension, guilt, and self-doubt.

You may find yourself feeling anxious, irritable, or on edge.

You might experience tension headaches, stomach issues, or trouble sleeping.

You might struggle to set boundaries, take on too much, or blame yourself when things don’t go perfectly.

Sometimes you feel competent. Other times, you feel like you’re just barely holding it all together.

And still, you keep pushing forward.

But pushing through isn’t the same as healing.

What do you really want?

To feel more peace and less pressure.

To give yourself more grace in tough moments.

To reclaim time for rest, creativity, and joy.

To feel confident—not just competent.

To feel like you again.

Therapy can help you get there.

Together, we’ll work on noticing and reshaping negative thought patterns, softening the inner critic, and learning how to care for yourself without guilt.

We’ll use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge unhelpful beliefs, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to connect with your values, and mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you feel more grounded in the present.

You don’t have to carry all of this alone.

And you don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of care.

If you're ready to create more space for you—your growth, your needs, your voice—I'm here to support you.

Let’s talk. Reach out today to schedule a consultation.
